To ensure my cast and crew were happy whilst working for me, I had to ensure that they had everything they needed. Because the shoot was long and stretched out for the whole day, I had to make sure that they had food and in the middle of the day, so I bough snacks and paid for a fish and chip lunch. I also made sure that they had a half an hour break, shown in the picture above where I gave them magazines, laptop and the company of each other to just sit back and relax for a while. I did this to keep worker fatigue up and to ensure that they were able to work to the best of their ability.
