Magazine Draft
After my first attempt of making a film poster, i feel that it needs alot more work, for one the background is incredibly dull and doesn't really make anything pop out, which makes everything else seem less important and everything becomes boring. I like the picture however, because it's a marketing skill to use an actress to sell the film she promoting. I'll keep these ideas in mind whilst making my final product
Film Poster Draft
Although the picture and the colour scheme really sticks to the convention on the genre (being quite plain and mysterious) i dont feel theres anything substantioal in this to make the audience want to see it. Also this poster lacks a tagline which is quite important as a tagline usually sets up what the film will be like. I think if i was to add a background layer to this poster it will make the picture and everything else bolder.
